Do I need a technical background?

What is your refund policy?

We stand behind our courses with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a self-paced online course for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. No complicated forms, no hoops.

How do I request a refund?

Email us at support@arionresearch.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order number (it is on your purchase confirmation). That is all we need to get started. If you tell us what did not work for you, it helps us improve, but an explanation is not required.

How long does a refund take?

We review and approve eligible requests within 3 business days. Once approved, your refund is processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically appears within 5 to 10 business days.

Is the full purchase price refunded?

Yes. Approved requests within the 14-day window receive a full refund of the course price, including any applicable taxes you were charged.

What happens to my course access after a refund?

When your refund is processed, your access to the course and its materials ends. Refunds apply to your own learning use, and downloaded or copied materials should not be retained or shared after a refund.

Are there any exceptions?

The guarantee covers a genuine try of the course. We may decline requests that fall outside the 14-day window, or in rare cases of clear abuse, such as fully completing and downloading a course's materials and then requesting a refund, or repeated refund requests across multiple purchases. We always aim to be fair and will work with you on edge cases.

I bought the wrong course or was charged twice. What now?

Reach out to support@arionresearch.com and we will fix it quickly. Duplicate charges and accidental purchases are refunded in full, and we are happy to apply your payment to the right course instead if you prefer.

Michael Fauscette, founder of Arion Research. He brings decades as a technology industry analyst and executive, is the author of two books, and hosts podcasts and live shows on AI and digital business. He also advises and serves on the boards of technology companies.
